Broker terms

Version 2, 19 October 2026. These terms cover the free DataBrokerz broker program. The Lab's own terms cover your account with the Lab and your payouts.

1. What the program is

DataBrokerz, run by Sandro (Office 2003, AA Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE, sandro@databrokerz.com), offers a free broker program: training guides, templates, emails and an invite link to the referral program of an AI data lab (the Lab). We name the Lab in your welcome email, after you confirm your email address.

2. It's free

We never charge you. Taking part will never require a purchase from us or anyone else.

3. Your relationship with the Lab

You join the Lab's referral program directly and accept the Lab's terms. The Lab decides which companies qualify, sets every payout and pays you. DataBrokerz isn't the Lab, doesn't act for the Lab, and can't change the Lab's decisions.

4. What we receive

When you sign up with the Lab through our invite link, the Lab attributes you to DataBrokerz. Attribution is set at signup. The Lab then pays us a bonus equal to 20% of each payout it makes to you, for as long as you're in the Lab's program, even if you leave our list. It's on top of your payout and doesn't reduce it. The Lab shows us your join date, the companies you refer, their status and the bonuses we earn from your payouts.

5. No employment and no guarantee

You aren't our employee, agent or partner, and we don't pay you. We don't promise any income. Many introductions won't qualify, and payouts can take months.

6. How you agree to act

• Make only truthful claims, based on the Lab's published facts.
• Never say or suggest that you work for or speak for the Lab or DataBrokerz.
• Tell every company that you're paid a referral fee before it applies.
• Contact people only in ways the law allows where they are.
• Follow the rules of your profession.
• Never share a company's confidential information or personal data with us unless you're allowed to.
• Never offer anyone at a company money, gifts or a share of your payout to get them to apply.

7. The hub

Keep your access code to yourself. The guides are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. They summarize the Lab's public pages; if anything differs, the Lab's pages and terms win.

8. Emails

We send the emails you asked for when you registered: the confirmation, the welcome email, the 7-day quick-start and program-change notices when the Lab changes its program. We send updates and tips only if you ticked that box. You can unsubscribe from any email.

9. Leaving

You can leave at any time by unsubscribing. Leaving our list doesn't change your account with the Lab or who you're attributed to. We may end your access to the hub if you break these terms.

10. Responsibility

The program is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for the Lab's decisions or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

11. Changes

We'll email you before any material change to these terms.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the UAE.
