Who we are
DataBrokerz (databrokerz.com) is an independent referral practice run by Sandro, DataBrokerz, Office 2003, AA Tower, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, UAE. We introduce companies to micro1's Company Data Partnerships program and build a network of micro1 referral partners. We are not micro1 and do not act for it. micro1 pays us a referral fee if a company we introduce becomes a partner; you pay nothing.

What we process
Name, business email address, job title, company, and public business information about the company (for example, what its website says about it). If you use our eligibility form, the details you enter. For each person we email, a random token so we can honor opt-outs and see clicks on our own links.
We do not buy, hold or resell consumer data, and DataBrokerz is not a personal-data broker.

Why, and on what basis
To tell businesses about a paid data-licensing program and to invite business advisers to become referral partners. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: contacting people in their business role about a relevant B2B offer, with the safeguards below. For form submissions, we use your details to answer your enquiry.
Clicks and visits
When you open a link from one of our emails or guides (databrokerz.com/go/..., /join/... or /u/...), we log the click against your token, first-party only. Site analytics are cookieless (Cloudflare Web Analytics); we set no tracking cookies. We do not track email opens.
Who processes it for us
Our email platform and mailbox providers, contact-data and email-verification providers, our website host, the AI model provider our software uses, Google Sheets (our lead tracker) and Telegram (internal alerts, if used). If you apply to micro1 through our link, you share your details with micro1 yourself, under micro1's own privacy policy.
Transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and several of our providers are in the United States, so your data is transferred to the UAE and the US. [OPEN: transfer safeguard wording, e.g. UK IDTA / Addendum, once confirmed]
How long we keep it
12 months after our last contact with you, or until you ask us to delete it (we delete within 7 days). Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days. If you opt out, we keep a minimal suppression record (your email or domain, or a one-way hash of it) so we never contact you again; this record is not deleted. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or object to it at any time, including objecting to marketing, which we will always honor. Email sandro@databrokerz.com; we reply within 7 days. To stop our emails, reply "stop" or use the unsubscribe link in any email. UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
We never sell your data
We never sell, rent or trade personal data.
